It handles long documents well
Bank statements, contracts, a year of customer emails. Much of small business work is reading long, messy paperwork and pulling the useful part out, and that is what Claude is strongest at.
Every number on this page is the number. No packages that only reveal themselves on a call, and no pressure to start at the top.
Half price for the first three Ocala businesses to sign, in exchange for an honest review and one introduction to another local owner.
Tier 1 — do it yourself
$47 one time
A written guide with the exact prompts and step-by-step workflows, organised by what you are trying to get done rather than by tool.
Opens on this page. Payment is completed securely on Gumroad.
Tier 2 — we build it for you
$1,500 per system
I build the whole thing and hand it over working. Where most of the value is, and where most clients start.
Tier 3 — we keep it running
$500 per month
Ongoing support once systems are live. Your AI person, without hiring one.
Claude is made by Anthropic. It is the tool I build on by default, for four reasons that matter to a small business rather than to a developer.
Bank statements, contracts, a year of customer emails. Much of small business work is reading long, messy paperwork and pulling the useful part out, and that is what Claude is strongest at.
A Claude Project holds your Client Brain permanently. Your pricing, your tone, your policies. You are not re-explaining your business every time you open a chat.
Connectors link Claude to systems like QuickBooks, Square, Stripe, Gmail, Google Drive, Canva and HubSpot. Claude only sees what your login already lets you see, which is the answer to the security question every owner asks.
Given examples of how you already talk to customers, it matches you. That matters when the output goes out under your name.
The prompts in the Playbook also work in ChatGPT and other tools if you prefer them. For builds, I use Claude because it makes the result better, not because of any arrangement with Anthropic.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 can go past the connectors that come as standard. If a tool you depend on publishes a way in, it can usually be wired to your system.
Standard connections cover the tools most businesses already run: accounting, payments, email, calendar, storage, design and CRM. That is enough for most builds and costs nothing beyond what you already pay for those tools.
Custom integrations open up the rest. Print-on-demand and storefront platforms, booking systems, industry-specific software, image and video generation for marketing assets, and internal tools your business built itself.
Two honest notes before you ask for one. Custom integrations usually carry their own running cost from the vendor, separate from anything you pay me, and I will tell you what that is before we build. And they give a third party real access to your account, so I only recommend ones worth trusting.
If the tool you need cannot be connected safely, I will tell you that instead of building something fragile.
Usually a Claude subscription, which starts around $20 a month, plus whatever you already pay for your own tools. Builds are designed around free or low-cost software wherever possible. If a system needs something paid, you hear the number before we start.
Systems connect using your own login, so they can only reach what you can already reach. Nothing is copied into a separate database of mine. If you would rather not connect anything, most reporting builds also work from documents you upload manually.
No. Reporting builds give you visibility into your own numbers between statements. Your accountant still handles the accounting and the filing. Several of these systems make their job easier by getting your data to them clean.
The Playbook has a 14-day money-back guarantee. For builds, we agree on what the system has to do before I start, and I do not consider it finished until it does that on your real work. If, during our first conversation, I do not think AI helps with your problem, I will say so rather than sell you something.
Evenings after 5pm and weekends. Start by email and we will find a time by phone or Zoom that works around your day and mine.
