From idea to live post in six steps

  1. Your business folder

    One Google Drive folder holds your brand colors, how you sound, your services, prices and the topics worth posting about. Claude reads it every time, so posts sound like you.

  2. Claude drafts the words

    Claude writes the post, the headline for the image and the caption, using your folder. It follows your rules: plain English, no hype, no invented numbers.

  3. Canva builds the picture

    The image or short video is made in Canva with your colors and logo, so every post looks like the same business.

  4. You approve. This is the only stop.

    You see the exact picture, the exact words, the channel and the posting time. Nothing goes public until you say yes. Want a change? Say so and it is redone.

  5. Buffer schedules it

    Claude sends the approved post to Buffer for the time you chose. You do not need to open Buffer unless you want to look.

  6. It goes live, then Claude double-checks

    The post appears on LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook. Afterwards Claude confirms it went out and files the record back in your folder.
